Atom –
As a long time surfer I have previously used tubs to take the wetsuit off. Or, more often just balancing to keep the suit off the ground or sand as much as possible. Then the suit that is wet needs to be put in something to protect the car from getting wet.
With the Hang 11 wetsuit changing mat, all of that is simplified. An easy to fold up and store mat that contains the wetsuit and water when folded up. A very simple, and effective design to manage the wetsuits and keep them contained after use.
Definitely recommended for anyone that uses a wetsuit for any given water sport.

Certainly durable. Nice amount of space to stand-in.
This will cinch close with elastic draw strings and has the holding pinch clip. So you have a nice “carry bag”. The 2 pink handles can be snapped together. (The snap works tight/hard.) Carry it by that handle. OR by hooking on the shoulder strap with the 2 plastic hooks. Which are removable. That shoulder “pad” is a rubbery plastic. I would have greatly preferred if they used padded Neoprene.
The inside pocket with the hook&loop closure can hold your phone, keys, etc., without worrying about them falling out. There’s also a pink loop to hang it up to hose off and drip dry.
I like this very much and feel it’s going to be helpful/useful. Carry your belongings in it. Stand on it while changing. When we’re done surfing, all the wet stuff goes in and that’s perfect to keep the drippy wet stuff contained.
My reason for taking a star off is the hard shoulder “pad” and the plastic hooks. So you may find this a 5 star.
Math Nerd –
Though I ordered this for the beach, as soon as I received it I realized it is also perfect for camping! We have a shower tent and inevitably I’d end up with forest gunk all over my feet when changing into and out of my clothes. This mat is perfect to serve as a floor in the changing tent next to the shower tent, and the dirt and other detritus shakes off easily. It’s also pretty comfortable to stand on so when I need to change in the parking lot – which has happened – it is welcome cushioning for my feet. It would also be great as an entry mat for your tent if you don’t have one already.

I love this mat. I don’t have to worry about my wetsuit dragging around on a rough floor and the bonus is that once I take off my suit I don’t have a puddle of water nor a trail of water behind me. I tried this mat out with my wetsuit, I was able to take my suit off while staying on the mat and al the water stayed on the mat. I then was able to pick up the mat (now a bag) and carry the whole 5hing and carry it out to the clothes line for drying.
This mat will be useful for bathing suits and regular clothes of kids who “fall” into the water. It is so easy to use and easy to clean, just rinse it off and hang next to the suit. It’s big enough for an XX Large full wet suit. The while thing is well made and works great.
