The surfboard rack was easy to install, and the rubber mat has a texture that helps keep the board from sliding around. The poles that extend out feel well cushioned to protect our fiberglass board too. I’d say it works as expected, and I like the included buttons that hide the screw holes for a nice finished look. Overall, it’s a great and practical addition to my setup!

The rack does exactly what I’d hoped for. Took me about 10 minutes to install it, and the holes lined up perfectly with my stud wall. I really like that there are no screws or bolts sticking out that could potentially scratch my boards. Also, the elastic cord is a cool bonus I didn’t even think I needed, but now it’s giving me some extra peace of mind. The mat for the floor is thick enough to protect the tails of my boards.
