If you receive your order and suddenly realize you didn’t actually need that board wall mount or awesome poncho, no worries! You’ve got a full 30 days to return it. We won’t even ask why you thought you needed them in the first place. Just make sure the item is in its original, unopened, and unaltered packaging.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
To speed up your return, just make sure you fill out all the info in our contact form. Print the return sheet you received from us. Next, put all your items in their original packaging and put it in a sturdy box or envelope together with the return sheet. Finally, drop it off at your favorite shipping service. Easy peasy!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The return transit back to our warehouse can take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve received and processed your return. After the processing is complete, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to show up in your bank account, though the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.

WHICH AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Return your unopened items to us within 30 days, and we’ll refund the product cost. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
